At Brimuscle, customer satisfaction is important to us, but due to the nature of health and nutrition products, we maintain a strict return and refund policy. Please read carefully before placing your order.

1. Product Returns

  • Returns are only accepted if the product delivered is defective, damaged, or not as described.

  • If there is no genuine issue with the product, returns will not be accepted under any circumstances.

  • Customers must provide valid evidence (images, videos, or unboxing proof) when requesting a return.

2. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 day (24 hours) of placing the order, and a full refund will be issued.

  • After 1 day or once the order is dispatched, cancellations and refunds are not allowed.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will only be processed in cases where:

    • The product is defective/damaged with valid proof.

    • The order is cancelled within 24 hours.

  • Once approved, refunds will be initiated to the customer’s original payment method within 7–10 working days.

4. Important Note

  • As a general policy, returns and refunds are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, taste preference, or non-usage.

  • Brimuscle reserves the right to approve or reject any return/refund request based on the above conditions.
